Stacey Willis, Wellness Director
When Stacey says that having a positive impact on the lives of others is what she most enjoys, she knows what she’s talking about. She’s been caring for people for almost 30 years.
“I enjoy seeing the smiles of residents at Edgeworth Park and their families knowing I have made a positive difference,” says Stacey. “Staff as well. I have a true love and compassion for caring for the senior population and people in general.”
Stacey’s past nursing experience includes skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, corrections, mental health, pediatric home health, and family medicine. She also served as a Regional Nurse Specialist in assisted living. She received her LPN from Rappahannock Community College.
Her initial visit to Edgeworth Park convinced her she was in the right place. “My first impression was very welcoming from the moment I walked through the door,” Stacey says. Compassion is the core value that speaks most to her. “We are providing care to such fragile individuals and their families, so we must provide compassionate and empathetic care.”
When she’s out and about, Stacey loves shopping and being creative with her style. She also likes spending time with her family and friends, attending church, and going to the gym. She has two sons.
