The easygoing, nature-inspired ambiance of Edgeworth Park at New Town is the perfect setting for Mike. When he’s not busy making sure everything’s operating smoothly, he likes to rework antique furniture, go camping, and spend as much time in the Blue Ridge mountains as he can.

He also finds great fulfillment on the job. “I like helping our seniors, they are so friendly and appreciative of everything we do for them, down to the littlest things,” he says. Mike has worked in senior living for five years and been in building maintenance for over 30 years.

In addition to enjoying the great outdoors, Mike’s a fan of the Baltimore Orioles, Dallas Cowboys and North Carolina Tarheels. He and his wife Pam have two grown daughters as well as two energetic Siberian Huskies. Perfect vacation? Ancestral Ireland or Montana.
